How to know about rewritten articles?

It's easy to detect non-original articles, only by using simple Google queries and copyscape.

But how to detect rewritten articles that have passed Google search and Copyscape?

Quite difficult. One of the common practices in content writing is to actually re-write published articles to make them pass Copyscape. If you're not using software, then, detecting articles that were just re-written could be really difficult.

But if you cant detect that it's re-written, then Google wont either right?

For example anytime something is translated to/from english, its per definition re-written BUT it's also completely unique (most likely anyway)

Translations are completely different. But more importantly, taking articles and just changing around a few words to pass copyscape is an exercise in futility, and here is why I say that.....
Search for something like "Acai berry" and you will get article after article written by different people, that say the exact same thing, in the same order, just using different words.

You may get some link love out of it, but what good is it if you have so much repetitive spam out there ? It doesn't make sales. After I see the first 2 identical articles, not only am I pissed, but every article I see after that I will avoid the author and his site like the plague and I certainly will not buy anything from someone who appears to be a hack.

Personally, IMO you are better off submitting 1 article 5 times, than submitting 5 rewrites of the same article. Many of those will be considered duplicate and never see the light of day past page 5 no matter how many words you swap out...SE's are getting pretty good at seeing repetition.

I am of course talking in terms of marketing for traffic to make sales...if you are just building back links to get PR, by all means spam away with your duplicate articles.

It's better to submit good quality , original articles, and then link to the articles to boost it's authority, than submitting 1000 articles that are basically the same, linking back to your site.

the case with acai, is the saturation of topic.....

the title like "Benefits of acai" is certainly heavily saturated. Even an original article need tramendous amount of SEO to reach above 3 pages
