As i said at Title, Yahoo site explorer is no-often update now, so how do you know about a site's backlinks?
I use Majestic SEO site explorer and ahrefs.com now, but they all have limited.

Yes,I remember that in August, Yahoo said that they don't update Yahoo site explorer any more. I use SeoSpyglass few months ago, and it's still good.

I heard that the data of SeoSpyglass get from Yahoo site explorer, so if Yahoo site explorer don't update any more, the SeoSpyglass will Useless also.
    And...the SeoSpyglass isn't free softword.

Yes, I have uses backlinkwatch.com, but I think the amount of backlinks it checked is too limited, One of my site have 4K+ backlinks(Show by Yahoo site explorer ), but the backlinkwatch.com only show me 473 backlinks.
Maybe backlinkwatch.com is not good enough.
Do I have to pay for a good software/web service to get other site's backlinks?

I certainly know the "link:" command, but the amount of backlinks that showed by Google is too less.

Google never show all your backlinks. I prefer a tool for that.

I agree that Google never shows all the links when you use the "link:" command. I found that if you just put the URL in quotes in Google it will show any site that displays that URL and even though all these are not links that have been indexed it is safe to say that if you build the same kind of links as your comp but more then you will get more indexed links.
