Stations usually provide an enclosed environment that is attractive to the cockroach, which prefers dark, tight spaces.
You can try getting rid of any garlic or any dish that has garlic that you have lying around -- I have read the roaches love the smell of garlic. Or, you could chop up some garlic and place it near a sticky insect-catcher paper so you can lead the roaches there.
I`ve heard that if yo actually raise yr voice to them, they would actually feel ashamed and leave you alone.
Boric Acid is a very effective, inexpensive way of eliminating roaches. It comes in 2 forms: powder and chalk. If you get the powder, lightly dust the areas where the roaches may go.
