Use of Google AdWords Keyword tool to find-out appropriate keywords is always best option for any website. There is a question mark button just following Match Types, and it explain how that broad, exact and phrase match will help you to find proper keywords for your website.

Once you do get an idea of keywords using the keyword tool, you should also go to google and type them in and see what comes up. Look at the titles of the websites, and also pull up the page source and look at the meta data. You should get some good keywords from that.

I think broad match will give you high result for your search keywords and then you can choose some of the best low competitive keywords with high local or global searches...

I suggest to observe the direct competition. Just modify what they use for your own purposes. Try to take advantage of niche keywords. You can take advantage of a niche in which more easily get a high ranking. This requires a bit of work, but the long tail is always worthwhile.

why dont you try one by one And see the difference ?
But most of the time you may find exact is the good option as it will only return exact result

"Exact Match" gives you a better picture of which keyword needs to be targeted can be a targeted keyword. When doing keyword research look at the search intent of the keyword, also look at are those the keywords which can give you the conversions & sales. Don't be over obsessed with traffic alone. Most of the times Long-tail keywords are the keywords with good search intent and gives lot of conversions, though the get less traffic unless you are at the top of search results.
