Hi, Having browsed though the Clickbank marketplace and looking at the products on offer, I have concluded that a great many of them don't make any sales at all and likely have no affiliates. How is this avoided? I see some products that seem to be almost exactly the same, but one has gravity 40 and another gravity 0. Is this first in best dressed? Is there some way to make the product really stand out?
A good way to make a product stand out is to provide good affiliate materials. That can easily be the difference between a 0 gravity product and a 40 gravity product. Take a look at some of the better vendors here on this forum, they have fantastic affiliate pages that contain everything an affiliate needs, PPC keywords, banners, articles, video basically everything an affiliate needs to start promoting a product instantly. In addition starting a competition often gets an influx of affiliates promoting ones product and once they start getting commissions they are usually in for the long run. Often though conversion rate dictates if a product is going to heavily promoted, if a product converts well and makes affiliates sales then they will just keep promoting it.
