I have a growing amount of domains. How to keep track of all my domains and renewals?
Is there a software which can let me know when they are all about to expire etc?
    Please advise.
    thanks

many software out there like domainpunch, protrada.
I prefer to use simple spreadsheet in ms. excel or openoffice, more simple and safe.

My registrar sends me a list of domains which are due for renewal before 30 days in advance. I can download the data of total domains from my account at registrar. So I do not need any third party software which may be a spammer also.

I have not encountered a registrar that would not inform you about an upcoming renewal in advance. Perhaps you selected an option in your profile NOT to receive warning emails? Or perhaps they are going to your spam folder?

actually, I found that IDNRS.com is excellent at sending out consolidated reminders for all of the domains that are due to be renewed, however, I have since moved all my domains I plan to keep over to namecheap. For example, the consolidated reminder, would show all domains set to expire in the next 60days, and their reminder system is just great.

While I love namecheap, they do not have the consolidated reminders that IDNRS.com has. So recently I had 3 domains at namecheap which I left to expire, (and that included 3 different privacy protect) and the number of reminders, just drives me nuts, trust me, I never miss a domain expiring, but the lack of a "consolidated" reminder, is a real pity.

Apart from IDNRS.com, Noone else that I have been with has ever had the consolidated renewal reminder.

I do know that godaddy, (and I think namecheap), have options where you can ensure the domain will never expire, and this means the domain will be renewed without your consent. (quite a few people have choosen this option, forgotten about it, and were stung when domains they couldnt afford to renew were renewed)

Using a single registrar for all your domains will allow you to better mange things. In the past, I have used a piece of software called domainer.

Definitely try to keep everything centralized. I buy names through prerelease auctions, and I end up with domains at all kinds of strange registrars. As soon as the registrar lock period passes, I transfer them all over to Godaddy.
