I'm already make a new acc, and i dont want my account is limited again like my premium acc....now, my new acc is personal.

So, as the title, how to keep my pp acc safe from the limitation?
    - follow paypal rules
    - don't make any transfer to the unverified one
    - ..... ????

Dude, the main reason to get limited is not having your credit card attached..
If you have a verified account, then its hard fro Paypal to limit it for small reasons..

So just get it verified and then sleep :D

But dont make more than one account in one name. You will get into a deep trap lol :D

    Reasons for limitation can be:

    * Size of withdrawals
    * Some proxies & IPs of unsupported countries
    * Many refunds/chargebacks
    * Amount of money going through account
    * Credit/debit card that does not check out
    * Types of products being sold

    Solutions can be :

    * If you have more than one account, do not login to both with the same IP.
    * Clear your browser's cookies every time you log out. (If possible use Firefox & make a setting like this Tools --> Options --> Privacy-->Settings-->Check all listed items-->Check Always clear my private data when I close Firefox)
    * Don't open, verify a new account and receive a big money right after verification.
    * Don't login to your account from multiple IP ranges.
    * Do not modify your account information too much & every now & then.
    * Do not add/remove CC to your account too much.
    * When you create a new paypal account, start with smaller amounts. Then increase your amounts after some days(Step by Step)
    * If paypal is not available in your country use secure VPN with dedicated IP.
    * Never use a shared IP VPN or public proxy.
    * Split incoming payments larger than $500. When you receive a large payment, let it stay in your PayPal account for a few days. If you immediately try to withdraw your money, or send it to another account then you will be suspected of having received fraudulent funds.
    * Do not send/withdraw all money in your account after receiving funds. Maintain a minimum balance of atleast 5% of the average amount of the transactions that you handle. If you are dealing in thousands ($XXXX), it is advisable to maintain balance of $50 to $100 in average.
    * The verification process completes not only after adding the credit card or Bank a/c but you must have to add the 4 digit expanded number &/or micro deposits from your credit card statement & bank statement respectively. Before getting those don't use your a/c as it would still be unverified.

But, if my account is already Limited?

Disclaimer: this is the last alternative step that you shud take and I am NOT responsible for any outcome!

So you have a hefty amount lying in your paypal and you are still broke as before, coz you can't spend that amount by any mean coz of the limitation?

    Solution
Go to your paypal history and see where you got that hefty amount from (can be many). Trace out the emails of the senders and tell them the situation that you are facing and request them to do a charge back.
Once they do it, go to the resolution center and resolve the matter by refunding the amount.
The sender will get his money back and now create a new paypal account and tell the sender to send it to the new account.
Later make sure to follow the prevention rules to avoid horror in future!
I put the disclaimer coz the seller may NOT return ur money too. While sometimes, you have to pay a commission for wasting their valuable time. Whats so ever, you should be happy with what you have got

If you currently have an account that is limited and you've created a new account, only time will tell before your newer account becomes limited.

Make sure that you do not use your personal account for business purposes. If you want to sell online, upgrade to a premier account and ensure that you have all the necessary business documents which typically accompany sales.

Also ensure that you get your account properly verified, ie with a bank-issued credit card.

Paypal has three type of accounts, 1) Personal, 2) Premier and 3) Business. If they allow you to use your personal account for business then they would not have offered three type of accounts in the first place, don't you think ?

Sign up with Plimus.com or 2checkout.com and then have them be your payment processors. They can accept credit cards and paypal from anyone in almost any part of the world.
