    Hi guys,
I'd like to get some help or advice on how to position my site high in Google on two keywords. The site is in Polish and so are the keywords. It is relatively new (under a year).
I appreciate your every effort :)

i wanna avoid link exchange systems as well as stuffing the pages with excessive number of keywords. After all,the pages are for users. Kinda hard to reconcile that all to get a high score in serps. Perhaps, there is a way. The keywords don't seem particularly hard.

What you need is to get links from reputed sites with your desired target words in the anchor text.

So, for the word tłumaczenia, look for sites which publish relevant information about tłumaczenia (search Google for this word and check out the top sites); ask yourself what would make such sites link to yours; work hard to produce whatever it takes to get the link; ask for a link with the word tłumaczenia (or variations) in the anchor text.
To speed up the process, consider listing your site in directories. Try for sure dmoz.org, which is free; consider also paying Yahoo; search for reliable directories (I consider that most of them are not worthy, but others disagree).
Your site is linked from w3.org with the word tłumaczenia, so I believe that your job regarding this word is not difficult; get a few more good links, and you should see quick (a few months time) progress. If you can, submit more translations to w3.org, and 'suggest' to them to use your domain name as anchor text.
