start adding friends in your account and then invite them all to join your page...i have made 3 facebook accounts in which i have 5000 friends each..so when i want people to join my page i simply invite them all

yes there is no other free way u have to add friend on ur profile and then invite them all to your page ,if u want PPL directly to your Fan page you can advertise your fan page on facebook
anther way , is to promote ur page on other fanpages (relevant ones), but remeber u might be spammin , so be cautious
