You need to convert those HTML templates into CMS themes.
Google HTML to Wordpress theme, and you will find many related tutorials.

You can convert your html templates to WordPress. Wordpress is more popular CMS now a days. You wanna know few basic php programming basics to do so. You can find lots of tutorials related to this in online...

Bingo, ShinoRex said it best. You'll need to learn basic PHP or you'll be ripping your hair out. Personally I think Drupal is a lot easier to make templates in than Wordpress, but Wordpress is easier to manage (especially for clients who aren't web savy.) Good luck

Among this, wordpress is good CMS tool. Perhaps it is very easy to customize. You should know little knowledge in PHP.

If you want I can help you out.
