    Hi,
I am Indian national and hav a State Bank ATM card. I want to integrate this card into my paypal account. Whenevr I try it says "You have entered an invalid number or partial credit card or debit card number. Please check your entry and try again."

Also Paypal is offering new option for Indians. they are giving you an option of direct bank transfer. Now as I live in small town and have SBI account only, will I be eligible to recieve the money direct into my account.

Yes, you should be able to receive the money via direct bank transfer. Paypal does not penalize you because you live in a small town.

What an irony...you're penalized in case you ask for a check and it gets delayed/messed up in transit while reaching remote areas.

The check delay is something you cannot blame Paypal for because paypal does not personally hand-deliver the check to your home, they would inevitably use the local postage service. If you want to blame then blame your post office and the various postmen who handled that letter.

Once the post is sent out of Paypal's office, it is out of their hands.

Get a VMI Atm card and link it to your paypal account. I think he works best for paypal withdraw.

I believe the VMI option is not the right option now since it either permanently or temporary stop the ACH option which is required for Paypal to VMI transfers.

At the moment ACH is not available by VMI and so it doesn´t work for PP right now but will be available again within shortest time. Will keep you updated about this.

    Thanks
