    I'd suggest getting Ux Multi Patcher software, it's free. It allows you to install 3rd party themes on your computer. First download it, run the program, click Patch, then restart.

    After doing that, download the Windows 8 theme from Customize.org, then after downloading it, go to the folder containing the files it downloaded, and click on the file that ends in .msstyles. Once you click that, your Display properties should pop up with a preview of your new theme. Don't forget to click apply!
