How to install the ioncube loader via ftp

    Anybody know how to install the php ioncube loader via ftp?

    Simply upload the ioncube folder to your account. Assuming your server has runtime loading enabled and you upload the correct version for your server then it'll just work.

    If you upload to your account so you are using runtime loading then no, there's no changes to php.ini providing your hosting company allows runtime loading.

    If they don't allow runtime loading then you'll need to ask them to install the loaders server wide which shouldn't be an issue.
