HI, I have windows os. and i would like to install the ruby on rail in my pc .and tired it and installed the rubyinstaller-1.8.6-p383-rc1. exe file .in the D: drive. then they are asking me to run the command in the cmd .but when i tried it failed to run. Is that much difficult to install ? I m feeling bit worry .bec. I m struggling to install itself then how i will learn it????????? Please buddies help me to get in to the rail files.
