how to install phpadsnew onto my hostgator server with phpld3?

    Can someone give me step by step instructions on how to install phpadsnew onto my server this onto my server without over-riding my phpl3 installation.

    And when people want to have banner ads on my website,do I just tell them the banner size and then will they send me their banner file and where in my server will I have to upload them to so they work with phpadsnew and phpl3?

    Just use fantastico and install it in some directory under public_html
