How to install php unit in windows xampp?

    uhm ... it comes with xampp just turn on the apache server

    Just use their Windows Installer and thats it!
    No problem with that!

    I don't understand, if you have installed xampp (which i use) php comes installed already (it's not a separate unit). What seems to be the issue?
