How to Install PHP MySQL and Apache in one Step

    I know there are installer that do tha complete job, I would like to know about some of this links.
    Isf id possible php4 and apache 2.2

    XAMPP from apachefriends.org . It's great. Plus, it installs PHP 4 and PHP 5 and lets you switch between the two via the use of a batch script.

    assuming you don't mean for windows, but for anyone that's curious, that's an incredibly easy way to set up a test environment. apache, php, mysql in one.

    I am going to assume that this is for a testing environment. These solutions would be a bad idea for publishing.

    No doubt XAMPP is good one. but if you really want any other option i will suggest another opensource free Project for Apache, php, mysql bundle named Appserv. Here is the link.

    Yes, appserv is a good software. But with appserv you cant reset the mysql root pass. There might be some bug with that.
