How to install MySQL on MAC OSX Tiger 10.4? Help!

    I am starting to learn PHP/MySQL.
    I am a total newbie :)
    Can someone pls assist me in installing MySQL on MAC OSX Tiger 10.4.

    One of my best friend will.. he his very handy and seem's to always have the answer to everything.. it's weird. Even when you try to hit him with one of those "out of nowhere" hard craker jack questions and you suddenly feel that you'll get him to say "hum.. I dont know.. " you shoot the question in is face and damn... here he goes again.. giving you the answer..

    Start by following instructions in the MySQL manual. Post details when/if you run into problems. Take it one step at a time.
