if you install it with pecl and embed php_imagick.so to you php, you can run it in your webserver.

btw what is "WEBSERVER" you talking about?

I have taken a WEBHOSTING recently...I do not have IMAGEMAGICK pre-installed in it....where as there are WP, other CMS, JOOMLA etc...

They get installed in one click....But not IMAGEMAGICK....

But I do not how to do that...Hence I was asking for help...

I think now it is clear???

    ahaaa...
ImageMagick is not a application. ImageMagick is Image Processiong tools library, and they make one for php.
If it is a sharehosting there's nothing you can do to install it. You need to ask your web administrator to install it for you.
To check it you can look at php info.

    What manjifera say is true,
you need to make a script that use Imagick to process the images. Cheers.

Without using IMAGEMAGICK or GD library....Can we accomplish it by AJAX+PHP+CSS+JS ?????

I have not understood how to use GD or IMAGEMAGICK, though my WEB-ADMIN said it was already installed

AJAX+CSS+JS doesn't do anything in image processing. it's only for UI.
and PHP need GD or Imagick as the library to process the images.

Please refer to php manual for more information. Cheers.
