I have visited the site botsense.com and thought this was the least of effort i could put in to reduce the probability as much to my ability to save bandwith from bots that crawl my site. Only thing is that i haven't have any server administration expierence apart form ftp into my account and place/replace files. On the site of botsense it stated i had to place the generated htaccess file into my root as i did, but when running the test it failed and the url i entered was correct. Only thing i can think of is that i have to reconfigure one and another on the server after i informed with my host regarding the htaccess issue. They told me i had to deal with this myself since they are not involved with this, i have to configure it myself and after visiting the website of apache i'm still in the dark how to handle this situation. Where to start guys Thanks in advance
