How to install analytics for my software backend?

    We run an online website builder and our clients access their admin panels in 2 different ways:
    using our subdomain - http://sfsfd234sfsdf.domain.com/admin;
    using their own domain - http://mydomain.com/admin/

    How can we track the info from that many places?

    I have already discovered that GA allows you to treat multiple subdomains at once [question on Quora]. But what about customers, using their own domains?

    Except for that, we have 2 packages, and there is a parameter that we can feed to analytics to see the stats based on package type. But I am not sure if GA will allow me to do that.

    Please kindly assist me in finding a solution. Maybe there's some better analytics system to track what I want. Or maybe there are some tutorials on GA, that answer my questions?

    Thanks in advance :)
