Shouldn't it come with a specific readme file that contains installation instructions? Careful , not all logging scripts are compatible with AdSense's TOS.
Download the zip package. Extract into your web directory. Browse to it like this: http://your-domain.com/adlogger It should run the auto-install. Once done, you will log into adlogger itself and obtain the script within. If all else fails, read the README.
It does not violate TOS because it doesn't modify Google's code, and it doesn't change the way the ads behave. Do a search of this on these boards if you are still unsure.
wow, nice tools. havent realized that its free - going to try it, because my current adsense earnings extremely low
Dude, this is not Adsense or even anything like Adsense. It tracks clicks to your ads, showing who clicked them and when, where on your site it was clicked and where did the click go to. It's to help you optimise your ad placements. As I've said above, as the Adlogger FAQ says - it doesn't modify Google code, nor does it modify the ads' behaviour. Search this forum if this doesn't convince you.
Adlogger is a great open source product. The developer used great care to not violate the TOS. I think it is safe.
