How to insert adsense code manually in blogger at specific postion

You can insert them above, under and on the side of your articles with javascript/html widgets. Just click on create a new widget and then paste your AdSense ad's code in it. You can drag the widget to any part of the page. But if you want the ads to appear between the articles, there's an option there to do that (when you're setting ads for your blog).

As per your query here's how to insert AdSense Ads in blogger at specified positions i.e., before/ above Blog Title, between Post Title and Post Body, left side of Blog Post and AdSense for Search.

1. • Navigate to Design › Edit HTML and enable Expand Widget Templates.
     
   • Scroll down through the HTML and look for <div id='header-wrapper'>.
     
   • Get Ad code from your AdSense account and Place immediately after <div id='header-wrapper'>.
     
     You can opt for 468x15 Link Unit, 728x15 Link Unit, 728 x 90 Leaderboard or 468 x 60 Banner based on your Blog Template.
     
2. • Navigate to Design › Edit HTML and enable Expand Widget Templates.
     
   • Scroll down through the HTML and look for <div class='post-body entry-content'>.
     
   • Get Ad code from your AdSense account and Place immediately after <div class='post-body entry-content'>.
     
     You can opt for 336x280 Large Rectangle or 300 x 250 Medium Rectangle based on your Blog Template.
     
3. • Navigate to Design › Edit HTML and enable Expand Widget Templates.
     
   • Scroll down through the HTML and look for <div class='post-body entry-content'>.
     
   • Copy and Paste <div style='float:left;padding:5px;'> immediately after <div class='post-body entry-content'>.
     
   • Get Ad code from your AdSense account and Place immediately after <div style='float:left;padding:5px;'> which you've added in previous step.
     
     You can opt for 336x280 Large Rectangle or 300 x 250 Medium Rectangle based on your Blog Template.
     
4. • Navigate to Design › Edit HTML and enable Expand Widget Templates.
     
   • Scroll down through the HTML and look for <b:section class='main' id='main' showaddelement='no'> followed by <div id='main-wrapper'>.
     
   • Replace showaddelement='no' in <b:section class='main' id='main' showaddelement='no'> with showaddelement='yes'.
     
   • Navigate to Design › Page Elements and you'll see Add a Gadget being enabled immediately above the Blog Posts section.
     
   • Click on Add a Gadget and add a HTML/JavaScript Gadget from the list dialog.
     
   • Get Ad code from your AdSense account for AdSense for Searchand Place inside the HTML/JavaScript Gadget you've added in the previous step.
