How to insert ads only after the first post in blogger?

    So, this is what i need to find out.
    Ads section only after first post in blogger, but not after 2nd, 3rd..
    I have ads section now between post and comment form, but on main page I need that ad section only after first post.

    Can anyone help me please?

    You can get this done with the help of JavaScript. And for more comfort using jQuery (a popular JavaScript) framework.
