how to insert a html page insed a php page

    i dont knw anything about php and am using phpbb forum and i need to insert a html page (contain ads ) to forum

    is this script correct

    i tried this but it not working ... actually i got this from a mod how to do this ??

    the above code should work

    purge cache(ACP>GENERAL TAB) whenever you make changes to your template file
