How to input Japanese text in WordPress?

    How do I input Japanese characters into WordPress 2.5.1? I've searched the support page for WordPress but I'm not so sure exactly what to do. Some say to remove certain lines in the wp-config.php file but it just gives me a "pluggable.php" error. Any ideas?
