    Hi guys,

I bought this domain recently (tech3.ir) and it seems like the domain was bought by someone else prior to me. Unfortunately, so many links have been registered with this domain by the website’s previous owner. When I bought this domain, it was free and I had no idea about this issue. So, I started my website. Unfortunately, there are too many links which will be referred to the links that exist no more. Recently, I see this error by Google Webmaster that the number of pages not found error on my domain are increasing.
So, here’s the question: How can I inform Google that this domain has been owned by someone prior to me and now it is another website launched on this domain, and the pages that cause 404 error to be shown won't exist anymore.

    Thank you in advance.

Google will know with the 404s. Better is to return a 410 error which means the pages are permanently gone.
