    Hi,

Some SEO person (who worked before me) had our site listed on a few hundred spammy domains. I see all those links under our Google Webmaster tools account.

I'm afraid there will be a big penalty if google finds this out.

How to inform google to disregard all those links?

Login to your webmastertools and email to Google regarding this issue.

I would recommend you report them via Google Webmaster Tools since this is a case for specific website. They could find out and give a bash on those crap websites.

How do I do that, I don't see any 'Report' option under webmaster tools.

This is what 'Ashley' said on google webmaster forum

Google won't technically penalize you for inbound links - otherwise, we would spend our time building spammy links for competitors.
They will just devalue those links. You don't even have to tell them.

Yep log into webmaster tools and there is normally an option from your control panel to flag up spam (which this would be classed as.) You could also pursue the person for infringement of copyright
