    There is no need to do anything with backlinks. Search console picks them up automatically.

    So True. Quality content does get indexed.

    Add good content and embed a video. Do not spam with links

    It usually takes three to four weeks to get indexed naturally if your content is actually informative though I won't recommend you doing it forcefully or you might use social sharing to get results a bit quicker.
