Your domain is still new that why google does not indexed it yet.
In order to get indexed,you should post you URL at some high PR site.
Or you can manually submit to search engine.

 

Would it be possible to do it by adding say AdSense unit to the site? I really have no idea on this kind of thing but always assumed that was one way to go

 

probably you don't need o do anything. it's just a matter of time. if the domaina is new in max 3 weeks google will visit your site. similar is for yahoo and msn engines good luck
