How to index page in sort time

this is my website www.hiecentralcoast.com this site is 2month old and I’m working on this site but inner pages cannot cache so pls give me good suggestion so my site all pages r Index in google in sort time. You have good High PR SEM list so pls help me

If you have not submitted your site map to major search engines ..then please got to their webmaster tools and submit your site maps as soon as possible..!
