If you are actively building backlinks to your website, Google will follow these backlinks and revisit your website naturally. Dont manually submit your website to Google on a daily basis. As long as you carry on building backlinks, Google will ensure that your website is within the index. The more high quality backlinks you build, the higher your Google rankings will be.

Create a sitemap and publish articles multiple times a day but not all at once.

If you have site map (xml) and high content/fresh, then you don't forget for collecting bunch of back links (quality/do follow). of course you will be.

I like these ideas too, but what exactly is a sitemap? I am already collecting back links and doing social bookmarking but am always up for more options. Thanks in advance!

Continue to actively build links to all your pages, and add new content. These two things combined will increase the frequency of how often your site is crawled.

The best method is to add unique content regularly. Social bookmarking also helps in this respect. If it is a new site, avoid making too many backlinks and you should avoid shady link tactics and services. Use some quality backlinks services like BuildMyRank, LinkVana, etc.

Sitemap is a map of your website. It contains links to all the posts / pages and makes it easy for search engines to crawl the website fully. However, you need to build the sitemap and submit it to Google Webmaster Tools.
