    gather as many backlinks as possible for the pages of this kind of site. but it is a very tedious process and strictly not recommended thing to do.

    You really should have a sitemap, *especially* if your website has many content pages. Make no mistake about it - making an HTML sitemap manually will be time-consuming if you have many pages, but unquestionably worth it.

    I like simple HTML sitemaps myself.

    HTML sitemaps ensure, among other things, that no page is more than two clicks away from the homepage. This helps both search engine spiders and human users.

    hey,
    Follow thiese simple steps to get ALL your site indexed by all the major search engines:

    1. create any *.txt file.

    2. rename it as: sitemap.xml

    3. do a search on any search engine with these words "sitemap generator".Find a trusted sitemap generator site, put your link in and then wait until it's done. (Attention! most of the sitemap generator sites doesn't generate over 500 results)

    4. if you own a large site or a dynamic generated (PHP) URL site you must go for a paid account on those sites or look for something else (there are some "download-able" applications which connect to the internet and generate the sitemap, but i would pick something like this)

    5.copy the sitemap result ( it should look something like this: <urlset xsi:schemaLocation="http;/xxxxxxschemas/sitemap/09 http;/xxxxxxschemas/sitemap/09
    /0.9/sitemap.xsd">
    <!-- Created by PHP Link Directory version 3.3.0 -->
    −
    <url>
    −
    <loc>
    http;/maine-exista-ro/Afaceri_si_Finante/
    </loc>
    <lastmod>2009-04-06</lastmod>
    <priority>0.5</priority>
    </url>

    ) and paste them into the sitemap.xml file (to open the file right click and then pick "Open with..." and pick the notepad icon)

    6. One you got all this together go to the google/yahoo/msn/ask.com/ and_so_on and submit your sitemap or post it on your site and give the right path to the search engines.

    7. when you do any kind of changes, restart the sitemap proces and just copy&paste the new sitemap report.

    have a great day !

    Would it be an one-time generation, or, I should go that free site from time to time after I upload stuff for my site?
