How to increase Youtube upload speed when uploading video?

    Hello DPers,

    Please advice what are Youtube limits of upload speed? I have tried to google this question, but still cant managed to find the answer yet.
    When i upload a video to youtube using Chrome, it uploads at max of 1.25 mb (i see it on NetLimiter), cant manage to upload faster when my internet speed (up and down) is much faster. I tried to disable Avast web shields, but not much helps.
