dear anju. u should do proper off page work for your site like do Directory, bookmarking, article and blogs submission on good PR sites. and as u said you want more traffic from women user so u have to take specific category for the same and also keyword must be relevant.

 

Try to use social media like facebook and twitter. Also use good keywords, link building on high PR Websites, posting i forums will generate good traffic for you but make sure the content you post is unique and attractive.
