I Think that social media is the best for improve the website traffic.

 

Keywords are important, thus you need to use them properly if you want to rank for them successfully. Each article on your site needs to be optimized for one long tail keyword only. Your anchor texts should contain keywords relevant to the page you are linking/referring users to. You can't just put keywords all over your site. This will bring down your ranking instead of the other way around.
