How to increase Traffice

HI,

I have a website like:- http://www.impacterp.com/.

We just starting SEO work now. Also our keyword like:- "erp software solutions india" come 1st page on Google.com. But no traffic. I want more traffic.

Please suggest me without Dir Sub, How can increase my website traffice?
