Try searching around. I'm sure you will find a lot of info. My best moethod of getting traffic is using StubleUpon and Digg to advertise my posts.

Google ranks mainly based on only one keyfactor -BACKLINKS-BACKLINKS-BACKLINKS-

Create more backlinks and rank easily.

build backlinks from do follow forum and blog posting, article directory submission, link exchanges with sites in a similar niche to your own
