How to increase traffic?

Hi, i am having a 1 year old webmaster forum: http://whangout.com
i have done a lot for it but still only some pages are indexed. How to check if no index tags are added to forum coding? How to increase its traffic?
The site is ranked well on google with keywords like: webmaster forum, webmasters forum, webmaster forums, webmasterforum and lots more but traffic is not increasing. Please suggest something to increase traffic and indexed pages.

As per you are saying that after ranking well on search engines your not getting traffic to your website then there may be some major issues in your website. May be one of these things being problem to your website like bad layout, bad user support, problems in sign in or may be other things. Target some other pair of keywords, may be other keywords get good amount of visits to your website.

 

You can check your webmaster for the issues..

 

You are in good direction, don'g lose your heart, I checked it is on second page now, try to see your competitors, how they are ranking..

Also, provide useful content regularly, should look active...

Why don't you use right sidebar to sell advertisement, it doesn't look good in bottom, using too many banner space "advertise here"?

 

You must need offpage optimization because offpage optimization fully help to get better traffic. Linkbuilding,forum Discuss, social bookmarking, create facebook group or page, create youtube video relevant with your website and create huge backlink and it must be helpful to get better traffic. Just checked that google have indexed only pages from sitemap...don't know why only sitemap is indexed.
Its online now from last 1 year but still has only 90 pages indexed in google when you check: https://www.google.co.in/search?q=site%3Awhangout.com&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-USfficial&client=firefox-a
I don't know whats wrong that my forum pages are not indexed properly. The most indexed pages are like: www.whangout.com/46-post1.html
I am using vbseo for the forum then why google haven't indexed real urls like: http://www.whangout.com/43-spam-email.html#post46 (thread name in urls)?

Can someone please help whats wrong with the forum or vbseo....?
