create your own creative funny content, original funny videos made by you, watermark them then publish them on youtube, digg, facebook. either that or spend thousands to rank for keywords like "funny pictures", "funny videos"..
If you are only concerned about getting traffic, use social bookmarking. Like webcosmo said, SU, Digg, Technorati are some of the good traffic provider. You can also target high volume keywords and optimize your site for them.
