First thing that I have noticed in your Title is that it is too long. Your title should be up to 68 characters, so that Google can read it. However, your title length is 84 characters.

You have unnecessary repeat some key phrase in your Title, due to that your title exceeds the optimum limit, Also I would suggest you not to target all the keywords on the same page. Segregate your keywords and target those keywords to respective pages.

any how your advice is extremely good... my domain is dog-trainers.us is it harder to bring up a .us high in search or can it be done??/ I also herd that using 60 or less charictors is best on a forum here..... you say 68..... is it really okay to use 60 over 68

I'm sure somebody will pick it up and the snowball will start rolling. Am also on the same path like you but one thing am quite sure is all about quality and quantity contents and abit of online marketing

 

The thing about quality content is that SEO and the creation of backlinks will go automatically and faster. It's very difficult and tedious work to get a lot of links to crapy content, webmasters will just not like to link to your crapy page from their quality sites. Focus on quality and everything will run by itself...

 

I have been using digg.com and mixx.com a lot and its has been working well for me.
