Try to contact some other webmaster who own a website about yoga and offer them a link exchange. If your website looks professional, they will probably accept :)

I have tried many methods but the methods that bring the large amounts of traffic that make real money are SEO and off-line marketing. This has worked for just about all my niches.

I suggest making videos and posting them to different video sites. They are a buzz nowadays

Article Marketing isn't about a huge amount of traffic. I have put up about 10 articles for one of my sites. I get a little bit of traffic, but really it is about the sustained traffic you receive from it. So, submitting 1 article isn't going to take you from 5 visitors per day to 20. It will probably more like boost your traffic to 7 per day, but about 30-60 per month would be a good amount to get from it.

PPC is a great way to instantly boost traffic. But iti s expensive and you need to make sure that your website is good for PPC. If you can't get a ROI then I would steer clear or find a way to do so.

SEO is good until it becomes your obsession.
