How to increase traffic from computer support forum?

    Hey ,

    I need help to increase my forum traffic , so i get alot of money with google adsense. The current forum is phpbb3 , my forum is dead at the momment and i don't want to spend a single penny to help increase the traffic.

    Is there anything i can do?

    Start posting on it. Content is the best traffic driver and a dead forum wont do squat for you...

    Open a youtube channel and post computer help videos - then embed the videos into your forum and use them as topics of discussion.

    Add a podcasting section to your forum about computer issues.

    Do in-depth reviews of free software - such as anti-virus and malware removal tools, and post those reviews on youtube.

    own domain is necessary and domain more helpful then blogs, but free blogs are not bad.
