    I promote a E Commerce site that is a CMS base site but i am unable to increase traffic whereas i am doing social media activity. please tell me what should be do for traffic.

    and Make some Social Share on Website Like Facebook, Twitter, Stumble you will easily Get PR1 atleast if not PR2 sometime.
    Apart from if you have good Budget that just Found some Good backlink Provider which Can Push your PR2-PR4.
