How To Increase The Value Of A Domain Name?

    I have a domain name that has been owned more than a year.
    But I did not blog or anything on the domain name.
    I believe that domain names have value.
    What should I do?

    Develop it with a real site, or just let it "die".

    maybe i will write a blog with that domain name.
