How to increase the traffic for my site (PR4 but low traffic)?

You probably don't rank for good keywords. Try working towards better ones and in the mean time try running some PPC ads to supplement.

 

Add more contents, and make sure all contents are unique and of good quality.

 

You should do more off page optimization on targeted keywords.

my strategy is how my key word to be in the first page and i put a lot of keyword in my contents
if it looks spammy, maybe yes

 

you need lot of articles ..with less content it is not possible to get visitors

Offer free, original, and quality content on your website.I think this is the most effective means for increasing traffic to a website.

 

PR is not related to traffic it is all linking with high ranked blogs
For getting good traffic there are many methods in my view SEO is the most and must thing
your content should be fresh and concentrate on the social bookmarking and submit your content links to directories

'Digg it' with your keyword 'mobile broadband service' as the heading and use this keyword again in your description column on digg. On the very next day you will see your digged page on googles first page. Cheers

I am using onlywire for this purpose where digg is included indeed. I submit to onlywire each time I post new content

Your website is high PR because you might have gained some high PR backlinks to it. But, it is not getting traffic, because it is not well known over the internet.
Do some social bookmarking and networking.
Write some fresh articles and post them on different directories.
I get 20-25 visitors daily only from press release, so go for it.
Post free classified ads. I get a lot of visitors from free classified ads.

I recently got a guide from this website on posting free classified ads and I am getting 100 & more visitors daily from free classified ads only

 

try to use twitter, if you have many follower you can get a lot of traffic to your blog

try yahoo answers and forums commenting on daily base..

- Heading Tag
- Link Exchange
- Title, Description, URL submission in Social bookmarking sites and
- Regularly blog commenting

 

make a good content,submit that article to social bookmark that has may member that register,write article unique and update,i think you can get how many visitor that you want

 

Update daily basic with unique content and after post do social bookmarking on the same article at lest 30-50 bookmarking site daily you will see very quick result
