Uhh PPC won't get you anywhere when increasing your PR is your goal...

 

Three Steps:

1 - On-site SEO: Make sure there is nothing impededing search engines on your page and use unique meta for each page

2 - Content: Keep adding keyword targeted fresh unique content

3 - Get Links: Do-Follow links from a lot of high pr sites

The more that you do #2 and 3 generally the more success you will have

Frankly speaking do not go after, trying to increase the pagerank of your site. Eventually it will lead you to nothing, but create more and more backlinks, either by making some forum profiles or by buying high PR backlinks. I would advice you to go natural and write some quality content on your blog/site and make your title and article keyword friendly for the SERPs. The backlinks will automatically follow you once you have quality content. On the other hand, if you are looking to just spin some articles post them and try to increase your site's pagerank so that you can make money by selling links. Then I would suggest you as many other did here, start buying quality, string and high PR sites or blogs and post your links with good keyword as anchor text.

 

You should make quality back link as well as traffic by promoting your site on different social network, social bookmark, blog and forums so.
Then you will get good page rank on search engine.

 

You can increase the PR of the site by getting backlinks from authority sites in your niche, ofcourse you have to have some good content for the sites to link back to you

 

Get more quality links. Not simple links.
