How to increase the Credit Limits at Adwords?

Hi Guys.

I don't know how can I increase the credit limits at Adwords If I add a vouchers before/after first 50$ invoice,will Google increase my Credit balance to 200$?

And If I wait 2 months for each acct and do not run an ads,will they increase my credit limit each month(or each billing cycle)?

Credit limit? Do you mean the amount owed before they bill you?

Mine is at $1,000 right now and ive had my account open for maybe 6 months. It just recently went up from $500. It started at $50

I think you need not to worry about credit limit.
Google Automatically increases credit limit as soon as it reaches the limit upto $500. or charge your card.
I manage account in which Google charges credit card every 3rd day as my client expenditure goes up $500 in every 2-3 days.

I would suggest you to look into your billing summary page under My Account tab.
