    How are you checking your PR?

    The google toolbar (i've heard) is not current. Find a site which accurately displays your page rank as you may already have one...

    you want to get higher PR ? there are many ways
    1, exchange links with other websites that has high PR.
    2, submit your website to ODP.
    :D3, other SEO technologies.

    The sites pagerank is increased by many factors.It depends on the total number of backlinks to your webpage and the sites quality and content.

    I will suggest you to increase your backlinks and also submit your site to high PR directories and sites. Also you can use different forms of SEO techniques to achieve it.But SEO is a gradual process it cannot show you the results in fortnight.

    There is no such thing as "Site Page Rank"... that's an oxymoron. Page Rank is NOT site Rank. Page Rank is PAGE PAGE PAGE rank.

    Get high PR dofollow backlinks to your blog. The page's PR must be high not the main domain's PR. That what it counts to get high PR. You can start on commenting on high PR dofollow blogs.

    PR is nothing get more SERP. For a website the traffic is more important. PR is is not reflecting in google search. It is valid only in link trading and which is prohibited by google. So concentrate on creating more quality unique contents.
