Hi there, if you want is sign up and traffic, you could use social media optimization. These means the use of social networking sites like facebook, twitter, linkedin etc. These sites generate a lot of traffic.
As alluded to here already you need traffic. I would recommend doing some basic research into the whole "traffic" issue right from the start. Generating traffic is a pretty big job.
